W-2s

Instructions

To help us verify your income, you will need to submit a copy of your (and your spouse's, if applicable) 2022 W-2 forms, if you received any for the tax year.  If you did not receive W-2s, please contact us to let us know.

Note: The sum of income from Box 1 of your W-2s should equal the amount shown on line 1a (wages, salaries, tips, etc.) on your tax return. If you do not submit all of your W-2s for the tax year, processing of your application will be delayed.

Alternative Documentation

If you did not keep a copy of your W-2, you need to request a duplicate form from the employer who issued the W-2. As an alternative, you may submit a Wage & Income Transcript for the relevant tax year, which can be acquired using the IRS Get Transcript tool.
