Parents' 2021 National Tax Return

To help verify your parents' income, you will need to submit your parents' 2021 national income tax return or their most recently filed statement, including all supporting schedules. All income documents should be translated into English.

If your parents filed a United States tax return for the 2021 tax year, use the list of required forms/schedules here.

In the absence of your parents' current tax return, you may submit a statement from your parents' employer instead.  This statement should verify your parents' annual earnings and be stamped or signed by an official of the employer.  Please have this statement translated into English, if necessary.

Prospective students: Submit this documentation to our office via the Financial Aid Dropbox.

Continuing students:  Submit your parents' tax return or wage statement and all supporting documentation to the College Board by uploading it to the IDOC website
