W-2s

Instructions
To help us verify your income, you will need to submit a copy of your (and your spouse's, if applicable) 2020 W-2 forms, if you received any for the tax year.  If you did not receive W-2s, please contact us to let us know.

Note: The sum of income from Box 1 of your W-2s should equal the amount shown on line 1 (wages, salaries, tips, etc.) on your tax return. If you do not submit all of your W-2s for the tax year, processing of your application will be delayed.
