Update on Spring Term Financial Aid

Spring Term Disbursement

No changes are being made to spring term financial aid awards. You should expect to receive the same amount of financial aid in spring term as you were originally offered, regardless of your housing plans for the term. We are assuming all students are enrolling full-time (at least 36 units) for spring term: if you enroll in less than 36 units or withdraw from the Institute for the term, we will reverse some or all of your financial aid, and you may owe money on your Bursar's account.

The Financial Aid Office will be disbursing spring term financial aid early, on March 24, in order to assist students who need to vacate campus. You will not be charged room and board for spring unless you have been approved to stay on-campus. Please notify the Housing Office of your plans for spring term by Friday, March 20.

Credit Balances & Refunds

If you are expecting a credit balance, you may request a refund from the Bursar's Office electronically. You may send an e-mail to stating "I am requesting an ACH refund payment for my third term credit balance" in order to get the process started. From there, follow the directions on
to complete the transaction.
